Sandi, originally from Texas and a resident of Utah since 1979 via Southern California, is deeply rooted in her community and family life. Her three grown sons, three cats, two "grand dogs," and one "grand cat" make up her loving family circle. Known for her culinary skills and impressive gardening talents, Sandi's home resembles a lush tropical oasis, where she generously shares her plant starts with anyone interested.
During her children's upbringing, Sandi was actively involved in various educational and community roles. She contributed to the PTA, directed school plays, and served on both the Community Council for George Washington High School and the Ogden City School District. Her passion for education and advocacy for her children's futures shone brightly during this time.
After her children graduated, Sandi pursued further education herself at Ogden-Weber Technical College, where she excelled and became a member of the National Technical Honor Society. Her clinical training led her to work at the Seager Memorial Clinic at the Ogden Rescue Mission, providing crucial medical services to the underprivileged and homeless. She also participated in a committee, supported in part by the Utah Surgical Society, focused on studying homeless individuals with diabetes. Sandi proudly earned the title of Certified Medical Assistant from the American Association of Medical Assistants, bringing a valuable clinical perspective to her work with clients.
Active in her local church, Sandi volunteers in community outreach and special events aimed at assisting those in need. While she enjoys assisting clients with various insurance needs, her special affinity lies with elderly clients, reflecting her empathy and dedication to their well-being.
